عمرکوٹ سے امن کے پرندے اُڑ گئے۔ ضلع عمرکوٹ جسکا ۴۴ فیصد حصہ ریگستان اور ۵۶ فیصد حصہ بیراج میں آتا ہےجسکی ٹوٹل آبادی تقریباً ساڑھے دس لاکھ پر مشتمل ہے جس میں مسلم ۴۹ فیصد اور غیرمسلم ۵۱ فیصد ہیں ۔ عمرکوٹ امن پسند علاقہ تھا جہاں غیرمسلم اور مسلم ملجل کر رہتے تھےاُنکے دکھ سُکھ سانجھے ہوتےتھے مذہبی تہوار مل کر مناتے تھےاُنکی محبت مثالی ہوتی تھی مگر حالیہ صورتحال یہ ہے کہاب یہ محبت صرف دکھاوا رہ گئی ہے آج بھییہاں کے لوگ مل کر تہوار مناتے ہیں ایکدوسرے کو مبارکباد دیتے ہیں ، ہولی کر رنگ ایکدوسرے پر پھینکتے ہیں ، دیوالی کا دِیا مل کر جلاتےہیں مگر اب ان تہواروں میں وہ گرمجوشی نہیں رہی ، ہولی کر رنگ پھیکےاور دیوالی کے دئیے کی لو ہلکی پڑ گئی ہے جس مذہبی رواداری اور امن کی مثال یہ خطہ ہوا کرتا تھا اب وہ امناور مذہبی رواداری صرف دکھاوا رہ گیا ہے۔ اگر ہم اپنے ملک کےقانون کو دیکھیں تو اس میں پاکستان کےسب شہری برابر ہیں مگر حقیقت کچھ اور ہے پاکستان میں برابری دیکھنے کو نہیں ملےگی جن کے پاس دولت ہوتی ہے وہ غریب لوگوں کے ساتھ غیر امتیازی سلوک کرکے ان کو اپنے ظلم کا نشانہ بناتےہیں اور ہماری سرکارکانوں میں کپاس ،آنکھوں اور منہ پر پٹی باندھے ان ظالموں کا بھرپور ساتھ دیتی ہے اور عمرکوٹ کا یہ حال ہے کہ یہاں غیرمسلم اکثریت میں بھی زیادہ ہوتے ہوئے بھی  ظلم کا شکار زیادہ ہوتے ہیں  یہاں آئے دن عورتوں  کو حوس کا نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے اُنکے سروں سے چادر کھینچ کر رسوا کیا جاتا ہے ۔گزشتہ کچھ مہیینوں میں ککُو کولھی، ریشماں کولھی اور حوا میگھواڑجیسی بہت ساری لڑکیاں ذیادتی کا نشانہ بن کر اپنی جان گنوا بیٹھی ہیں۔ اسکے علاوہ ہندو تاجروں کو اغوا کر کے پیسوں کی دیمانڈ کی جاتی ہے اور ڈیمانڈ پُوری نہ ہونے کی صورت میں اُنکو موت کی گھاٹ اتاردیا جاتا ہے معصوم بچوں کے خون سے ہولی کھیلی جاتی ہے،۲۲ سالہ چمن میگھواڑ جوکہ گریجویشن کا شاگرد تھا فارغ اوقات میں مزدوری کر کے اپنےخاندان کا پیٹ پال رہا تھا،۱۲ںومبر ۲۰۱۵ کی صبح چمن میگھواڑ کے لیئے دردناک صبح ثابت ہوئی جس نے دیوالی کی رات اپنے گھر دیپ جلانے تھے اس رات اسے اغوا کرکےتیزابسے جلا کر سڑک پر پھینک دیا گیا  دوسرے دن تک چمن تڑپ تڑپ کر اپنی جان کی بازی ہار گیا اپنے پیچھے اپنے خاندان کے لیئے دیوالی کاتحفہ آنسودےگیا۔ خوفزدہ خاندان نے اپنے خاندان کے وارث کے قاتلوں کو سزا دلوانےسے انکاری ہیں، مگر کیوں؟؟؟ کیا ایسا کسی نے سوچا کیا مجبوری ہے اس خاندان کی جو اپنےخاندان کے چراغ بُجھ جانےپر خاموش ہیں کیا قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کا فرض نہیں بنتا کہ اس کیس کی تہہ تک پہنچ کر قاتلوں کو منظر عام پر لائیں۔ نہیں بالکل نہیں کیونکہ ہمارے ملک میں ایسے ہزاروں غیرمسلموں کو سر عام قتل کر کے پھینک دیا جاتا ہے کیونکہ ان کے قتل پر کوئی شور یا ہنگامہ نہیں ہوگا بلکہ غیر مسلم برادری ڈر اور سہم جائےگی یا شاید پھر یہ ملک چھوڑ کر انڈیا چلی جائےگییا کسی اور ملک میں جا کر پناہ لیگیاور ان کی جائیداد پر ظالم حکمراں قبضہ گیر ہوجائیں گے۔اس طرح کے واقعات یہاں عام ہیںاگر مظلوم گھرانہ ہمت کر کے اپنے حق کی لیئے لڑنے کی کوشش بھی کرے تو اُنہیں یا تو دھمکا کر خاموش کرا دیا جاتا ہےیا پھر پیسے دے کر منہ بند کرادیا جاتا ہے۔ میرے علم میں اب تک بہت کم کیس ہی آئے ہیں جس میں مظلوم کو انصاف اورظالم کو سزا ملی ہو۔ آخر یہ نا انصافیاں کب تک چلتی رہینگی کب لوگوں میں درندگی ختم ہوکر اُن میں انسانیت پیدا ہوگی؟  کب وہ ان غریبوں کے درد کو اپنا درد سمجھیں گے؟ کب یہاں غریب غیرمسلم اپنا کھویا ہوا وقار حاصل کر پائیں گے؟ جس خطہ کو امن کا گہوارہ اور مذہبی رواداری کی مثال  کہا جاتا تھا  کب یہ چیزیں پھر سے لوٹ کر واپس آئینگی؟

بھارت اس وقت دنیا بھر میں پاکستان کے خلاف پروپیگنڈہ کرنے میں لگا ہوا ہے کہ پاکستان ایک غیر محفوظ ملک ہے جہاں اس کے اپنے شہری بھی یہ نہیں جانتے کہ صبح جب گھر سے نکلیں گے تو شام کو واپس بھی آئیں گے یا نہیں اور ایسےوقت میں ہم ایسی صورتحال پہ خاموش تماشائی بنے کسی آسمانی فرشتے کے انتظار میں بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں کہ وہ آئےگا اور پھر ہم امن اور چین کی زندگی بسر کرنے لگیں گے۔۔۔۔ ہمارے آس پاس شاید کافی ایسے لوگ ہوں جن کی حرکات و سکنات مشکوک ہوں مگر ہمیں ان سے کیا لینا دینا یہ کام تو سرکار کا ہے کہ ان پر نظر رکھے ان کو پکڑے ہم کیوں پڑیں ان جھمیلوں میں یہ ہماری ذمیداری تو نہیں، بس یہی باتیں ہیں جن سےیہ صاف ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ ہم ایک سوئی ہوئی قوم ہیں اور ہماری آنکھ تب کھلےگی جب پانی سر سےاُونچاہوچکاہوگا اور ہمارے پاس ہائے ہائے کرنےکےسواکچھ نہیں بچےگا۔ سندھ دھرتی جو صوفیوں اور درویشوں کی دھرتی کہلاتی ہے اس کی تاریخ میں کہیں بھی مذہب کے نام پر قتل وغیرت کا ذکر نہیں ہے بلکہ یہاں سےہی بین المذہب پروان چڑھا تھا اورط آج کچھ کالی بھیڑیں جو ہماری صفوں میں ہمارے ساتھ بیٹھے ہیں اس پیغام کو اسلام کے منافی کہتے ہیں اور ہمارےنوجوانوں کو اسلام کےنام پر انسانیت کا خون کرنے کا درس دیتے ہیں ان کا مقصد صرف اور صرف ہمارے اندر درندگی پیدا کرنا اور اپنوں کے ہاتھ اپنوں کے خون سے رنگنا ہے اس وقت ہماری قوم خدا کے عذاب سے ذیادہ ملاؤں کےفتوے سے ذیادہ ڈرتی ہے کیوں کہ ہم تعلیم یافتہ ہونے کے باوجودجاہلوں سی بھی بدترمعاشرےکا حصہ ہیں جہاں انسانی جان ہمارے لئے اس وقت تک اہمیت رکھتی ہے جب تک اس سے ہمارہ کوئی فائدہ ہوتا ہے اس کے بعد اس کے مرنا یا کسی جانور کا مرنا ہمارے لئیے کوئی معنیٰ نہیں رکھتا ہے کیا اس بنا پر ہم خود کو اشرفُالمخلوقات کہلوانے کے لائق ہیں؟؟؟

The Peace Birds flew from Omarkot. Umar Kot district in which 56 percent area comes intoBarrageand 44 percent desert and population of umerkot is nearly 1.5million approx, which is 49 percent Muslim and 51 percent are Non-Muslim. Umarkotwas very peaceful area where Msulim and Non- Muslim communities were living together,the woes and happiness were shared, religious festivalswere celebrated jointly, their warmth was example less but the current situation is not ideal. It is only pretending the love with each other, still the people celebrate the festivals together,they congratulate each other, still they throw the colors of Holion each other, theylight the candles of Diwali festival combined, but now there was not warmth in such activities, Holi’s colors are lighten and Diwali’s candles are frighten said that there was a example of this region asmild religious tolerance, peace and interfaith harmony now has just left off. If we look towards the constitution of Pakistan in which every citizen have same rights but the reality is quite different, equality is undetectable here, one who have extra wealth he is free to discriminate and target to poor once, and the state who close their ears and eyes from such cases to show their willingness with such discriminations. The situation of Umerkot is that the Non- Muslim community is in majority but they have to face victimization. The minority women are being targeted of lust on daily basis and they have been openly unveiled. In few years Kuko Kolhi, Reshma Kolhi and Hawa Meghwar and many other girls have been raped and lost their lives in Umerkot. Further kidnapping of Hindu Businessmen are common crime for demanding money if the demands not fulfilled then the kidnapped persons are killed, even many children have become killed. The young guy named Chaman Meghwar who was the student of graduation and in part time he worked as labor to fed his family, on 12^th November 2015 the dark day for meghwar family, on that evening he has to light the candle of Diwali at his home but he was kidnapped and the acid throw over him and he was found near road but next day he died and left the flood of tears behind for his family as gift of Diwali. The frightened family is denying to get justice for that young guy why?  Have any one thought over this, what is the compulsion of his family who are silent after that incident, isn’t it responsibility of law enforcement agencies to bring murderers in front of all and get them punished but it is not in priority because in this country there are hundreds of Chaman Meghwar who have been killed and no one take any notice nor any protest will be organized neither any strike will be called even the minority community will be scared more or will migrate to India or any other country and ruthless ruler to seize their property. Such type of cases is common here and the victims are made silent through power of money or threats.In my information there are only countable cases who have been awarded justice but how long such injustice will be going on, when will human kill their inner animals and bring humanity, when they own the pain of poor, when the non- muslim will get their lost dignity back, when the peach, harmony and religious tolerance will be back in this region.

India which is struggling on the propaganda against Pakistan that this country is not safe for their own natives, where no one knows that if they would go outside in morning whether they would come back or not, and in this situation we become silent audience to wait for some angle who will come and bring peace here- there are many suspicious persons are surrounding us but what can we do because its not our duty to monitor their activities because its part of the state who is responsible to protect us and why we would bring ourselves in such troubles. Only such way of thinking proves that we are sleeping nation and we would awake when time goes from our hands and then we will just cry and cant do anything else.

Sindh is land of Sufis and Dervishes and in the history of Sindh there wasn’t any single word to kill any human on the name of religion, even from this land the Interfaith Harmony nourished and extended but today few black sheeps in our lane are denying such learning and calls against Islamic education, they are teaching our youth to kill humans on the name of religion, their moto is to emerge the inner animal in human being and killings of their own by their hands. In this time this nation is not fearing from ALLAH but afraid from religious statements by religious leaders because we are educated but living in illiterate society where human’s life have value until we have our interest in it otherwise there is no mean in death of an animal or human so in this condition are we able to be called Great Creatures of ALLAH?
